Came quickly after we contacted them. Explained what they thought we needed. Engineer fixed early appointment and fitted two appropriate fans. Was pleasant and very tidy. Equipment had worked very effectively. Relatives who stayed for a few days were so impressed that they have have been exploring similar product for their home.

I have a 2-bed rental terraced house, built around the 60's. It has good double glazing windows and doors. I have owned this property for 14 years and there has been an ongoing problem of dampness on walls and ceiling. I used to think that my tenants were not using the heating enough, and that they were not allowing good ventilation, and that they were drying clothes in the property. I had the property refurbished at the beginning of 2020 after a tenant moved out after almost 7 years.. New tenants moved in last May (2020) and they complained of the dampness, and they were really upset. They assured me that they were not causing the problem through their neglect. I did not want to lose them, so I had to get the problem rectified. I contacted a Damp proofing company, and when I explained that the problem was in all parts of the house, including the upper floor, walls and ceilings, they said that it must be a ventilation problem. They referred me to Envirovent, and after contacting them, they had their Surveyor call. He recommend their Ventilation system. It was not cheap, but there was a 10 year guarantee that it would cure the problem and that there would be a noticeable improvement within weeks. We went ahead with the installation, and it all appears to be working well and my tenants have noticed an improvement with the air being fresher and no signs of any new damp. Things are drying out, and we need to spend some money on necessary decoration because of the staining in the last 15 months, before the system was installed.Our tenants are happy now and i expect that they will stay as good rtenats fopr many years.

Our engineer Paul couldn't do enough for us he was brilliant and we've had no damp problems since.
